My stay was pretty mixed at this hotel. The rooms were quite small and I was disappointed with the late service, waiting outside on a chilly balcony wasn’t ideal for a high-priced hotel. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my experience a bit better. The location is excellent, right near the mountains, and there are some great amenities. Overall, the hotel has potential, but some areas definitely need improvement.
